My only suggestion would be to not be afraid to look in the surrounding areas (San Marcus, Kyle, Buda, Round Rock Plugerville, etc).

@Ruben Valladolid Jr 1) Bloodsucking offers on stale listings 2) Bloodsucking offers on recent price drops 3) Bloodsucking offers on expired listings 4) Make the first offer on a new listing that meets your criteria (first offer often gets the deal so if it’s something you want, be first.) 5) Look for properties with value-add potential that are a lot less expensive than the surrounding properties.

Not much has happened since the last boom in the 1960s, except slow decline.This started to change about 5 years ago: development happens mostly along the lakefront (looks like an ocean if you have never been to Milwaukee) and in the surrounding belt of wealthy counties.

I prefer trulia because it gives pretty good information on the surrounding area. especially in terms of crime.

I am taking a blighted property and restoring it in order to bring up the value of the houses in the surrounding neighborhood.What was the outcome?
