it's that the western coastal markets ARE exactly as the prior members have posted...these are long-term, buy-and-hold, get-rich-slow, appreciation markets where short-term, quit-my-job-now-using-the-cash-flow-from-my-rental-properties, FIRE strategies work only in the rarest of the rare scenarios. 

Timbers been back very nicely when traditionally it’s a slow time to get back to school. 

Is there a way I can slow that process down So I can get everything I need to fund it/purchase it?

Postcards tend to not get as high of a response rate so get a super solid list and go for a slow and steady approach with the highest quality list.
