One guy claims to be able to establish $30+K of credit (through trade and visa/mastercard accounts), without any personal guaranties or use of personal credit scores, in about 90 days for a "small" fee of about $1,000 plus 10% of the amount of the credit lines he obtains for you.

Mehran K. to be honest i haven't seen many other duplex for sale. in the area we have a lot of old home converted in to muilt units home.

But I see this as less than a 10-K filing and maybe not more than information contained in a Schedule E.
