I have plans maybe to put a modular on the land so I will be trying to see if there is a way to get financing for that once I obtain the land.Any ideas would ve greatly appreciated.By the way land is 3 ac. and price for land is 284,000 it has power on property but needs a well.thank you, Josh

@Josh Shaughnessy I agree, most people spend less than 4k/year at Home Depot, and most businesses don't give any kind of military discount, so I'll still shop at HD and be appreciative of the discount they do offer!
