@Jason Richards Issue with auction.com is they generally do not allow interior access for appraiser.

You're buying a property without knowing the condition of the interior or the quality of the occupants.

New floors all around, kitchen, 2 bathroom remodels, full interior paint, and some minor repairs.  

From my perspective, they FAILED to maintain the exterior (which they cover per the CC&R) and caused INTERIOR damage to my property.

Im currently in the process of getting my real estate license and she has studied in interior design.  

My best guess is not much, the value of the units is almost entirely in the location, especially with the inside not being updated it won't have much impact particularly if there are interior hallways. 

An affordable option for paint would be: Lanco Ultra Durex “Direct-to-metal” high gloss interior/exterior.

I just did a "gut" job where I had the service upgraded, the interior wring converted to romex and the walls for the most part sheet rocked.

With that said,  I would definitely pay a visit to the property (or have someone go on your behalf) to do a walk around of the exterior while they are are checking out the interior.
