Hi all,Talking to a PM company who has very good online reviews, they told me their eviction rate is 3%.Is that a good rate or bad?

A four-unit building would be ideal, but I have not found many in the Charlotte area online. 

I love helping other investors and at the very least chatting and connecting to talk about the game so we can both get an opportunity to learn and progress forward! 

I have a couple of inquiries to individuals I found online.

I have checked out some of the online auctions with no luck at winning them at a good price. 

One idea is to find someone who is also in the game that you could partner with that could provide the extra cash for the down payment. 

Either way, the fire has been lit and we are actively getting involved in the REI world and meeting other investors and are ready to just get in the game.

Will banks be not as convenient to get loans from, because I actually do see some articles online saying that banks are not as willing to lend to small businesses because they consider them to be risky. 

You may be able to acquire on at your local REIA meeting, I would be very suspicious of anything you find online. 

It will take a while to establish income but real estate is a long game.
