Need advice on getting loan

Hello guys, pretty new here! Need advice on what is the best route to go forward.

My situation:

I currently have 2 properties fully paid off worth around $300,000 in a real estate corporation that I created around a year ago and am thinking about financing these 2 properties to get a loan from the bank in order to buy another property. What are my options? My credit score is in the mid 700s.  I want to do a buy and hold.
