I cringe as I write this next line, but I just left a position making over $300k/yr to venture into real estate investing (gulp.)

I can’t do a great job myself...Provide your painter a small container to leave you some paint to touch up and color-match for next time.Even if this job is too big for you to DIY, you don't want to be stuck having to schedule and pay for a painter for every nail hole at every turnover the rest of your life.I haven't had anyone try to touch up on their way out before.

My partner and have both entrepreneurial ventures during our early 20's, and have realized that we have the mutual interest in investing in real estate.

My personal opinion is to contact a reputable eviction attorney to strategize the most likely effective method of eviction before you try to DIY any moves.  

I had the mindset, this is a new venture for us.
