Who are your target customers?

Considering these are custom cabinets from the previous owner, it was a real pain trying to match them - hence why all the replacement components are a different color than the original.

List source has been a junk with contradicting customer service, waste of time.

It appears to be a custom door at 35 1/2" x 95".  

Could not find the current code right now:The code, in Section 13-196-490 providing rules for sleeping rooms in residential buildings, goes on to say: In every family unit and every rooming unit, every room occupied for sleeping purposes by one occupant shall contain at least 70 square feet of floor area, or if of original configuration need only comply with the regulations in effect at the time of its construction.

I also assume since you are from Killeen that your tenants may be military or support people from Fort Hood, or they are at least among your potential customers.
