There are definitely other factors at play with your deal that I'm not experienced enough to comment on - but thought I'd chime in in the area I do know about.

I would also stay away from the unitized dryer over topload washer which GE and Maytag originally built for mobile homes.Thanks for that comment.

Just a quick comment:  it's easier to find the tenant than it is to find the property.  

I'm also glad I rarely see ignorant comments about women's rights on BP.
