Getting to control the design based on how we want the end product to be used and interacted with, how it effects the environment and how it enhances the local community versus just getting as much profit as possible is something architects dream of for a client like that.

Interact with them, ask a lot of questions and start implementing the things you learn. 

@Brent Fosner, I'll keep everyone posted on this deal (I've been an avid BP podcast listener for years and I've gotten more active on the website lately, but this is the first deal I actually added to the site, so the interaction is new to me, but it's been great).

After scouring the BP forums for months and reading all the helpful tips that people give out, I've finally made an account to interact with the all lovely people here!

These tenants are causing problems with others in the building, disorderly and more and more ruining the apartment.I've recorded all of my interactions with ERAP.

Keep a record of all of your interactions and any/all violations.

Besides that what I have found is that if I try to interact with people who rent rooms from me as roommates, and they treat me like a landlord, there is always more than enough overlapping respect there, where we are showing each other more respect than the other expects in any given situation. 

But we also have a regular monthly meetup that is and always will be free of charge in Brighton MI and host a Virtual Mastermind each month via Zoom webinar where a small audience gets to interact with a well known guest!
