Think I'll go for a long walk, try out Marlow's burger, walk the embarcadero (nice and quiet mid day) then come back home, take in a jacuzzi, hand craft a latte, and surf the web.

Just from researching the web it seems that I may need to think about making an investment and hiring someone to develop a custom website.

I found a house on The HUD web site that I'm interested in but it says eligible bidders: owner occupants, nonprofits,and government agencies.Is there still a way for me to get this if I'm wanting to buy it to rent it out?

The price on the property seemed a high from what I could find from the web ( Zillow, eappraisal etc).

It is also entirely over-promoted and oversold by web marketing firms and document mills.
