Look through the internet and contact the broker at the firm and ask the broker to refer you to someone with this expertise.I was an expert in multi-family long before I became a real estate agent and then broker.  

Or internet access to answer emails and look for properties.

When i looked up info on INternet there were pages full of 3rd party companies charging money ot explain how to do it but no official site. 

Finding a mentor among strangers on the internet is like looking for a spouse on the Yahoo forums; it all looks good until you meet in person and they drain your bank account, attempt to poison you with antifreeze, and run off with your 57-year-old alcoholic uncle.

Many generic contracts are floating around the internet - while they may suffice in most cases, I would encourage having an attorney draft a simple contract.I would also encourage you to have a discussion with an attorney about the current state of wholesaling in NC.  

You should avoid using contracts found on the internet or handed to you by a buddy (or stranger!).

Join some LL groups in your area and meet some fellow investors; you might be surprised to know that there are deals being done regularly that never hit the internet.

-tenant service recommendations... i.e. list of internet providers, utility contacts for turnover, and renters insurance providers, local amenities among other things-house rules-legal & insurance contacts for when stuff hits the fan.

The internet will give you the ingredients of investing, but a coach can help you with the recipe.
