Some of my main goals for 2022 are to continue to find likeminded partners, join a mastermind group, grow my property management business as we are managing all our rentals in-house, bring my brother to the business and start a GC business with him, give back to my church and the community in every single way I can and stay healthy for my family.I will close it out with this message to everyone sitting on the sidelines because of fear; I am also a father of two babies, my wife stays home, and I still have my Engineering Job.

I have send late notices through text message but I guess now since the tenants are having attitudes and continuing to be late on rent I can just service them the late fee notices to the residence and and eviction notice 5 days after.

When we get messages of people wanting to join the team, I help them in any way I can provide my help (we offer a ton of services.

Increase not only the social media posts but also engage with your followers (sending a thank you message for a new follower goes a long way!)

To me putting together the pieces and creating captivating messaging are the two biggest drivers of success in business.
