How was your experience with Lodgify?

I've decided based off of my past experiences that hiring somebody you know and trust is more important than how much the cost is.

(I've seen so many answers and opinions on this - I know what I believe after my own underwriting and experience in other parts of FL, but I want other opinions) Thanks in advance

This is especially true if you don't have a lot of experience in real estate purchases. 

Im considering selling a SFR with good tenants, but I know that I will be really inconveniencing them both with showings as well as with a possible  move out if the buyer is an end user.Anyone have experience with this and can guide me on how to get them on board?
