I might be able to go to San Diego, California which I don't know anything about.One thing that makes San Diego very appealing is that there are a lot of REI meetup groups, where Anchorage only has one consisting of 4 beginner flippers.

I think a "controlling interest" would be just as much or more of a concern to a lender as an "equitable interest".I'm unclear on California law as there is much mention of land contracts and installment sales in the codes (and that they are considered transfers of interest), but I can't find anything that defines an option to purchase and how it relates to transfer of interest.

I got all my ratings in college, went to go banner tow in Miami which ended up being short lived due to a boating accident, moved back to Atlanta where I flight instructed through grad school, then instructing (and flying) tapered off because I went to work for Lockheed and eventually moved to CA with them so wasn't in the air much.
