You'll have a hard time finding anything in Lakewood worth buying for less than $100,000.

I think it doesn't hurt to spend 30$ for atleast a month to see if its worth it for you  

I mean, which would be worth more for a small house on a half acre lot?

From my experience as well and for what it's worth.

So my question to you all if you have had the same luck with the market place, is paying for a membership just for that perk necessarily worth it?
