You may have to connect with and send a pm as contacting with every one of them at one time would be considered spamming and some of your privileges restricted.Another way to gain experience is read blogs , go on wholesale sub-forums on BP, Ask questions on here, watch lots of videos and dive in head first, fail , start all over from failure till you get it right.  

Then comes a video walkthrough with Zoom (COVID-19 has really helped make this the new first walkthrough), and Round 2 on the information/background checking.The flakes usually balk at the initial detailed questionnaire, because it's obvious from it that I know the score when it comes to weeding out bad tenants.

I just started the process about 3-4 months ago and have not submitted any offers yet, mainly because every time I've found something where the numbers made sense by the time my agent got out there to do a walk through and video for me the project was just too much for me to take on or already had an offer on it.
