Before starting my last semester of school, I listened to Rich Dad Poor Dad multiple times during a solo road trip across the U.S. and changed my mind 180 degrees to doing wholesale and investing.Would love to link up wholesalers and investors in Sacramento and Bay area! 

For example, my air ticket expenses, food during my business trips, hotel, property maintenance, property management fees, paying for the property, etc.?

I am excited about the opportunity in Toledo and it looks like there are pockets that are better than others - may be it would be worth a trip out there, I would like to avoid any high crime areas for sure. 

Or do you just know that jumping in front of a moving bus is a bad idea?

We just stayed at lighthouse a few months ago on a shopping trip!

The previous one are probably just used to the freedom they had and the newer ones are power tripping.

Ok, throw the management under the bus saying they were asleep at the wheel, and they were, but so were the regulators across the board all the way to the top, EVERYONE was asleep at the wheel, yet again.

The easiest and most overlooked method we used was simply posting flyers at bus stops, local businesses/restaurants, TCC, FSU and FAMU.
