Do you have someone on your "Team" that is an inspector?

We have started an LLC, and our putting together a great team (Contractors, Attorney, Local RE Agents and an accountant) We are in the demo phase and the place is down to the studs. 

Any time...If anyone thinks that real estate investing isn't a "team sport", they are mistaken...

Am a HVAC contractor, I have a great team for rehab.

Have good Team members.  

I'm part of a real estate team that covers southern half of the state. 

I attended the webinar last night and can't say enough about how fantastic it is that Brandon Turner &  team is able to offer these educational presentations.

Jason and his team have a lot of experience, and I think having a brick and mortar facility where you can go learn and network is a much better program than anything else out there that you will find.

Don't want to rain on  your parade, but success is not in these kinds of numbers and being too aggressive too soon with so little background, you're headed for a great disappointment IMO.Assuming all your acquisitions come true (1,2), you will need a team to manage the units - - heck, you'll need one full time employee to just process tenant applications, and move-in/out inspections.
