Hello everyone! I'm brand new in the real estate investment community, and am so thrilled to begin.  I hope to move fulltime into this passion at the end of the year.  I'm excited to learn as much as I can from the more seasoned professionals out there, so I look forward to talking with more of you soon. As with many other newbies, I've immersed myself into books, webinars, podcasts, blogs, etc. Now I just need to figure out how to ACTUALLY find and execute my first property.  I'm interested in rehabbing single family homes to start with.  Thanks!

I read how to ride a bike once but then I jumped on and figured it out.  The first deal is the hardest to pull the trigger on and I wish I could say it is easy after that. Sorry, I am scared every time.
