I was reading your posts and I noticed you have several properties.

Even if I name my spouse as the Registered Agent, I read that the Agent has to be in the same state as the LLC - if I purchase a rental out of state, does my LLC have to be in the same state, therefore my spouse can't be the agent?

I have been interested in investing since my teen years and have read a lot over the years about it but have never put anything into action.

Perhaps this might weed out some tirekickers, or perhaps I am losing leads this way.For those who are still with me, thanks for reading all my questions. 

I have never once read or heard that it was only for licensed realtors.

I have been reading as much as I can on how to land my first deal but either i didnt have time to research the deal or i didn't have money to buy the nesseccary subscriptions.

I've been listening to plenty of Bigger Pockets podcast and reading a lot of real estate books, all of which have stated or written, "attend REIA meetings or become active in your local REIA".  

Based on everything I have read all of this income is exempt.
