@Grant Moffett  Call around to smaller local banks in your area ask fro the commercial lending department (as it's 6 units). 

I’ve started using TenantCloud.com to track my property and they do have a listing functionality that will syndicate to multiple sites, but I’m guessing they will be more skewed to a US audience.If anyone is willing to share their experiences, that would be great.Patrick

Your question is certainly more Lending oriented than VR.

Some hard money lenders may even require you to be prequalified BEFORE they lend you the money. 

I get most of my loan lends from people I know or my sub contractors I know.
