If you have several SFHs in the same area and one property manager that tends to all of them, that seems infinitely better than having a different PM for each property if they were dispersed.It sounds like you have a great PM company.

The cost of homes is way out of whack with what most of us in the US are paying and the rents don't come close to what the PITI would be on those homes.But typically, even those reports tend to be schewed considerably to fit some stupid reporter's claim. i.e.

Still not quite sure where this falls in the legality side but do believe we are headed in the direction of more monitoring and not less and with this this type of technology and others like it will become acceptable over time...not saying I’m completely for it as I tend to like my privacy but I can see the benefits too.
