It wasn't rented out, I use it as an office, with the rest of the basement unit storing junk we couldn't find a place to put away.Long story short, there's no CO for the unit, prior owners had no permit for the work.

The basic renting out of mobile homes and/or lots isn't going to do that.I guess if the management office is, like, also running a convenience store (I've seen that...) that would do it.So based on that, a Segregation Study would not be all that useful.

So, yes, it could definitely work on paper and even in execution, but it would require quite a bit of setup as it's something that would definitely need to be scaled if one was going to conquer more than just their local market - and that requires lots of people & lots of money.Personally, I prefer the tried & true model of metal sheds on concrete slabs so folks can store their treasures and running all of that with zero to minimal employees - the simple approach.So I guess in summary, the romantic part of me wants to change the world, but the practical part of me just wants to change "my" world.

Some people keep separate accounts that they store the reserves in, some just leave it in the same account the rent gets deposited into.
