I've took a peruse through the search function and didn't really find anything applicable to what I'm trying to figure out. 

I am also wondering if anyone can recommend any good research tools for investing in out of state properties, which I personally have had a tough time finding myself (side note: I'm a software engineer by trade so if something good does not exist, ill be happy to build something out for the community) 

On your HELOC application, did you request an amount you wanted to borrow or just the maximum LTV?

I'm a handyman and my mind wants to fix a lot of things, but 2 units are currently rented and the 3rd has had many applicants according to the property manager. 

I am interested in becoming a programmer/software developer and know very basic python.

Any suggestions for more applicable markets that allow cash flow?

Smith I would recommend having anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in your rental property fill out and sign a rental application. 

Are there any other factors that could improve her application?
