Also, while you might get some tourists who want tranquility, you will most likely miss all the digital nomads and remote workers, who want to be where the action is.On a more personal note, I think that place is boring.

If it's not too late you do have a window where you can ask the guest to change their review.

I'm not sure where you're located but where I am, I can check local LLC information and do a search for loans they've done and then I can see any legal problems they've had.
