It may cost you $250 but you can also get a letter from an attorney, if you throw a big enough stink they usually drop it with no problem because they want to get their commission and don't want to lose the sale, because realistically if you push it you could put a lis pending "legal action pending" on the property and no one could sell it until the legal issue is settled in court which could take a year.

Luckily, my attorney pushed me to ask for additional due diligence time, which I subsequently did and was granted.

I get good rents for reasonable purchase prices from people that are looking for some place to put down roots by planting gardens, having a few animals or chickens and stay for much longer terms than average for in town homes. 

Bob B. we installed french drains, added dirt around the foundation to push water away, added drains for gutters, and extended all downspouts away from the foundation.  

California sellers of fractional mortgage interests actually require a real estate broker license, not a mortgage broker license.Back before 2008, fractional interests in mortgage notes where not considered securities by the Texas Securities Board, although my conversations with TSB regulators indicated that they were trying to push that direction.  

That would require a ton of advertising and a major push to attract attention and interest in the place.

You may have to educate the opposing attorney a little,  so the stop pushing there client, your seller, to include the property in the bk.

Right now, I am looking for a push in the right direction to begin finding properties within this criteria.
