Register an LLC, get bonded for like $5k (I think insurance premium is like $100 annually), get some commercial cleaning equipment, build a simple yet detailed website of your services with some nice photos, make flyers (I've used miamiflyers.com) with a promo of like $200 entire home up to $2,000 sq ft 1st time customer up to 4 hours of cleaning services (you'll probably need a partner to help out to make things easier for you).

We are going to sell off a block of homes one at a time, so you're more than welcome to purchase a block of 5 or 10 or cherry pick...I do not have photos, but with the types of spreads these have you don't need a photo, LOL..You'll easily make $40k-$80K if you're retailing or lease purchasing.

Thanks Charles they do keep them up i lived in three of them when i was teen ager and few of my family members have also rented there they have been selling some of the older ons and having newer ones placed in there respective spots and there is a whole lot of room for expansion

Take photo's of each door get estimate from a contractor to refinish,, deduct costs from damage deposit, and be thankful it's only one side of the doors,, hopefully..Just make sure the SD statement is out in time,, Just another reason to rent PET FREE..
