I think the bottom line here is that while some of the info may be relevant and beneficial, he has proven to not be a trustworthy person who has integrity or holds a positive reputation..

After sifting through all the crap that is out there on the web I can't tell you how refreshing it is to finally find some solid information.

No reputable landlord is going to accept a tenant that has been evicted - I know I don't!
