Yes it would be a good idea to market to Probate Attorneys .. however, you will have to do a very good job of convincing them that you are the real deal and worthy of their referral to clients.

I read that I dont need a real estate license since I am not buying/selling anything for clients all I am is just showing apartments and making commission off it.
