Hi I am considering offering seller financing for a property and want to get ideas on terms to offer and a general experience that any bigger pockets members had as this would be my first time offering this.

Just start reading, listening, and participating and figure out what niche you like best.

I've already spoken with a property manager and agents, but I'd like to hear firsthand experiences from other new investors in the Detroit market, especially within the first year or two of their initial investment.

I have been reading the forums without an account, and I think it’s now time to step up and ask for some advice from experts!

ADU seems not to add much value search the forums for experiences

We are still fine-tuning but the price will include the entire conference experience: (3) nights at the all-inclusive resort + access to keynotes, breakout sessions, guided networking, opening event, closing event, exhibit hall, author signing, and more!
