Obviously you will never get professional quality pics out of a smart phone but I find it fine for renting in B and lower areas as long as you make sure you have good lighting and angles.

The FHA route is more attainable with duplexes, a SFH renting out rooms, or with lower price tris/quads (which I'd assume wouldn't be the quality you'd want to live in.Also, consider that if you are living in the property (whether it be 1-4 units), you could still get a convential loan and pay less than 20%.

I know this is way old but I'd also recommend Google Voice, worked great for screening tenants and I had it associated w/ a work email I created w/ gmail.

;)I too agree that $15k seems quite high....if it's a negotiation tactic with the seller, then good for you, but I'd guess you could get a quality tear off and new roof for half of that.

You're looking at one deal, you need to be looking at 100 and screening out 90 on the phone. 90% of the sellers out there are not your seller and they're not in a motivated frame of mind that is going to provide you with an opportunity by buying at a low price.

They tend to have better bones and better quality construction...but I hate the bathrooms that comes in teal, pink, yellow, green, blue...I have nine bathrooms in various properties covering the entire rainbow color spectrum.I am seeking advice on two things.First, most of these bathroom have the integrated ceramic soap dishes, tooth brush holders.

When we make a mobile web site, we essentially take the web site you see on a computer and squeeze it into a smaller screen, so we are again bound by rules and design precedent that we've established (for ourselves) on the "full" web site.
