In a very simple way that is why I rarely check my weight when I fell heavy and always check it when I am losing weight. 

I am one of the many Big Ten University grads who moved to the city because several of my friends were there already and fell in love with the city and don't ever plan to leave.  2K taxes on a 400K property is impressive.  

Can't see the pictures but I can tell you my tree fell on the tenants car and the insurance said it is an act of god or some such thing.

Then one day one of the tellers dropped a quarter on the floor and noticed that it sounded different than how it would normally sound (she apparently knew what quarters sounded like when they fell onto the floor).

Today I found $11.00 in loose change from a dryer that fell out of the drum and was just sitting on the bottom.

Reasons:* Listed in November (terrible timing)* City held me up for 1 month on a certification* contractor delays* First deal fell through 2 days before closing due to buyer losing job.If you are not doing it in cash, I think you could find a better deal somewhere else.

@Kevin Brown it had been on the market starting in May 2017 for $75,900, and had a pending sale which fell through.  

Still to me that was heaven compared to living inside a bush on a hill side and nothing but card board boxes for cover which all blew or fell apart at the first sign of rain. 

The bulk of sales fell under the million dollar price range.

OTOH, compare 1957 (115) to 1997 (100), and it looks like prices fell after accounting for inflation.
