I'm sure this answer varies by state (I'm in Alabama), but I was wanting to know how everyone handles this situation, whereby a Tennent moves their trailer onto your property, then at some point later stops paying lot rent for whatever reason.

I’m looking to acquire more properties as well as wholesale some deals and even start some Airbnbs. 

Real estate investors were full time real estate business people who owned larger type properties.

Every dollar made was put aside and then used to reinvest in another property.

I am debating between house hacking in the Bay Area for my first property or buying my first property out of state with the help of a property management company.
