Sure you want listings and you should try to get as many as you can but first time buyers are easier to find and are  a multiple transaction proposition since life happens - marriages, children, job promotions and transfers. 

I am a real estate agent so Ideally, I could build or purchase one with 4 smaller signs (two facing each way) and I could use one to promote my real estate business and rent out the other three.Does anyone have any experience with this and could point me in the right directions?  

What if I told you it would be a good idea if you worked at a full time job, and then started to work on a side job...paying your employer, and this was fine with you because your first job gave you more money than you knew what to do with, and you "hoped" that the side job would give you a promotion (apartment conversion), transfer you to a closer location saving transportation costs (tax savings) and give you a raise (rent increase) but you didn't know when/if yet?

They think a $20k raise and promotion is a game changer.

The reason is that our government as a policy matter decided it was good to promote home ownership.

Every message must be advantage driven with a convincing thought that motivates individuals to make a move.These components are basic to each promotion you run and each presentation you make.Test it out!

Would love to know if you're still using RVM, I use it to promote my events & open houses, sometimes for circle prospecting (to let the neighbors know a house their neighborhood just sold)... if you're still using this, would love to hear what scripts are working for you.  

The BP hosts encourage the first one and some investors promote the latter. 

Many, if not most, of the promoters are not really real estate people and are prey to new investors who don't know the signs.
