I live in columbus and miami about half the year both. economic activity in miami is like 20x what columbus is. net migrations by number of people are waaaaaayyyy more in miami. columbus has 10 out of the 14 growing counties in ohio. it's not just one county or city, it's the entire MSA. cool chart but definitely would never put Detroit in the same category as either.

Next, you could use rental tracking software, but really, 3 people are paying you monthly (plus what you pay every month); software might not be required at this point.

Overall the people in Syracuse are working class or lower middle class. 

We take their lunch money every year because clients ultimately don't care about the brand - it's the systems, training, communication, and people that can keep clients happy (or not.)

That should be enough to get Airbnb going again, then if you want to sell it - sell it to a proper investor (versus those pulling out and wasting time, i.e. many wholesalers) as a permitted and functioning Airbnb.
