Joe, before buying non-performing notes, I would educate yourself as much as possible first by reading as much as you can here on BP, attending either or both of the major Note conferences in Las Vegas (Noteworthy and Paper Source), attending Meet-Ups and RE clubs specific to Notes where you live.

I was doing a 3-step campaign which cost just under $9 to go through the whole campaign to send to one expired (that's for everything: Postage, paper, printing, trash cans, envelopes, etc.).

Should I present it to them as an option to continue the service and require them to pay and extra $7.50 a month, or should I just present them with papers saying they acknowledge the service is going away?

All the other companies I've researched (cozy, mysmartmove, myrental, e-renter, etc.) only do some part of the process.HOWEVER, the applicant has to fill out a paper application, submit it to me, and I have to fax it in (or scan/email it to them).Does anyone know a way around the paper application?

Would'nt suggest kraft paper though many use it; it just tears up too easily.
