What are they seeing that makes them say no.Gang members, Gang Graffiti (vs tagging), shoes hanging from the power lines, a lot rain ruined flower and candle memorials with weathered photo's of those mowed down in street battles?

Being one of many reduces your pricing power.

It’s seems to me that a great deal of power relies on finding deals, structuring deals and having solid cash buyers.

I remember jumping into the world of real estate and it was overwhelming, but that's a good thing!  

If you want to put in the grunt work to find these deals, then more power to you.

Everyone does but those events were powerful lessons being taught.

Let’s start with people who have 10x the power.
