A Mortgagee can be too aggressive and step over the allowed collection activities which in turn can afford the Borrower some defenses to enforcement of the loan.The context here to what the rest of the account looks like is missing.

Also, you can get epoxy based grout stain/sealer to match the original color if you have badly soiled grout.In my opinion if the kitchen and bathrooms look cheap the buyer will assume that the rest of the house was done cheaply as well.
