No use worrying about what you can't control... this isn't like "don't quit your job" or "don't finance a new car" where you can do - or not do - something that will impact the final outcome.

I slept in the car some nights, homeless shelters, and hotels for some months.Then things stabilized, but we were poor.I think those experiences and senses of not having security were very valuable lessons for me at a young age and I'm happy they occurred.I've always been determined to not allow myself to ever be in such a situation again.I look forward to the day when I can say I own quite a few properties.I'm excited to continue to create success for myself.I wish you lots more success!

I buy crappy houses"I saw a car wrap online once that said "I buy crack houses" try that if you're feeling bold lol.

This isn't as severe as what happens to the value of your brand-new car when you drive it off the lot, but nevertheless it still loses the new-home smell, so to speak. 

They also want to buy in a neighborhood that is kept up; not in a neighborhood with cars on blocks, bars on the windows/boarded up houses, mobile homes, etc.
