I wasn't really expecting anyone to be booking right now.Is it normal to receive requests and guests not follow through and complete the booking?

I'm liking this enough that I may insist they view the virtual tour prior to scheduling an in person showing in the future, once things get back closer to normal...

I would think if you could pay back with an a year then you really don't need it just wait a year and take the normal interest rate on investment loan property of 5.25%.

If nothing else, the silver lining I see is some time to get caught up on things we normally don't have time for; workouts at home or in a park, spring cleaning, or learning something new like a skill or language.
