It is a bit scary making a long distance investment, but I have multiple people on the ground who are co-investors, one of whom is managing the property. 

As David points to, the rich play a different game than the poor. 

Real Estate is a competitive game, and Internet and BP have leveled the playing field for anyone who wants to take advantage. 

And ideally, you have multiple PM options for the area.As for laws... remember they can change at any time. 

Plus, once an investor gets behind the business plan, then they're just playing catch up as it gets hard to not drown as you are trying douse multiple fires.Happy to continue our conversation over PM.
