Hi Everyone, I’m new here and I’m pretty sure I’m missing something, but how do you invest as an individual in multiple properties without destroying your credit?

As a consequence, competition for affordable homes under 350k is fierce, much different to the market over 700k which is still only "warm".Ya those that claimed Millennials were not home buyers really missed that proclamation. 

You dont want to miss one little detail and then have to refile and start all over again. 

Keeps me well in the know and he keeps me on track and calls out any issues or deductions I may miss. 

If I invest that amount in a good dividend paying ETF @8% pa I will make $3600 per month.Am I missing something?
