Looking for investment realtor

Looking for a realtor that is familiar about MFR. I'm working with one now who is great but is not too familiar about analyzing deals. The properties that was sent to me seems to be on the negative cash flow. I need some advise. How important is the analysis? Am I missing something? I use DealCheck for analyzing properties btw. Thanks.
