Possession of Medical Marijuana has been approved in my county and I am wondering how a landlord could ban a tenant from doing something that has been medically approved based on what the lease says?

This is in a fairly hot drag with a lot of little coffee shops, hip vintage stores, and some retail....but it's mainly a residential area.I've already invested in apartments and done some commercial leasing - of medical and small office space.

There are just CERTAIN corporations (medical payments, legal services) that will have to be reported.

Thousands of dollars and fines were incurred as a result of medical bills, lost wages and government investigation.

Medical office has been recovered for some time versus general office.So basically each cycle lasts about 10 years.

The way I understand things, most debts, like a home mortgage, credit card debt, medical debt, etc, are subject to a statute of limitations.

We go there for all our medical care now anyway.  

Medical-  $20 to set a broken bone.  

Student loan debt and medical debt is different than financing an entire house full of furniture then never paying for it.
