One posting that I saw is that as long as the loan originator is the majority owner, it should be fine, but in our case partnership, splitting three ways, that would hardly be the case.

I leave the modeling of catastrophic events like floods, terrorism, or the sequence of maintenance events to the insurance quants (I generally account for those major events when evaluating the macro market and would only do my analysis if the market was favorable.

There is some verbiage about type of property, apparently it doesn't count for multi-family zoning.From the city's website:The majority of our neighborhoods in the City of Lubbock are zoned as single family neighborhoods.
