My main goal  (as with  many others here @ Bigger Pockets) is to become financially free through investing in real estate. 

Accessory dwelling can be up to 33% of the main dwelling or 800sqft.  

It ended up being around $220 as well because they covered the parts and labor for the main job but the water heater required some soldering and pipe rearrangement which was not covered.

I look forward to meeting new connections as well as learning more about the industry, particularly commercial, flipping, and rental properties being my main interest.

I'd give up half the deal for 100% funding and wouldn't care about who held title if I had an agreement and you had assets, since I'd mainly be investing time and experience (and could get at you if you screwed me). 

The main concern that, Property Management Companies in Columbia MD are facing now, is security of properties they represent.

Besides the obvious (having no experience, haven't even finished reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide, and lack of confidence) - what am I mainly scared of?    

My main question is, what is cheaper in the long run in regards to turnover costs, hardwood floors or carpet?

I recently got licensed as a real estate agent which I believe will be beneficial not only from the standpoint of the income it can provide but also networking, learning the market, and so on.So far I have been spending a lot of time mainly listening to the podcasts here but I look forward to getting into the forums and the other areas of Bigger Pockets to learn what I can and eventually being another resource for anyone that I can help out.Have a great day!

The sewer line was apparently not built to code in the first place, but the drain line is starting to collapse under the weight of the neighbor's cars (they park mainly in the driveway but also in their yard directly on top of the sewer line).
