Hi BiggerPockets, its good to be here. My name is Eric and I am a 21 year old entrepreneur from the Baytown area of Houston, TX. I currently own a chain of cell phone stores which has lead to increased interest in real estate investing. I look forward to meeting new connections as well as learning more about the industry, particularly commercial, flipping, and rental properties being my main interest.
