Just curious, how long are they giving you to get compliant?

As long as it is in your house rules and you have evidence of them staying later, Airbnb will pay you out.

Me:  Well yes, as long as you use the same amount of water.

But real estate is a better long term wealth generator.

I have been sniffing around for nearly a year and a better understanding of the area rental market.it seems long term rentals are no go as there are so many competitors and rent could go as low as 850$.

But does San Antonio have real long-term growth potential?

Some investors want to get paid back within 12 months (most hard money lenders), while some lenders (friends) may be OK with a longer multi year term.

For the past two years, I have been doing mid-term and short-term rentals for two of the bedrooms. 

My question for you more seasoned investors is, what policy terms must I make sure are part of the policy I end up selecting to ensure maximum protection of my asset?
